The following information is needed to complete drop ship orders...
1. The customer's name and shipping address
2. The design/name of the tag
3. The NAME for the FRONT of the tag
4. The CONTACT info for the BACK of the tag
PLEASE double check all information for accuracy!
If incorrect information is provided to me by the retailer I will only remake tags at the expense of the retailer including additional shipping charges. The original tag(s) and shipping charges will not be refunded.
If an error is made and it's my fault - I will, of course, remake and ship the item(s) at my own expense.

PAYMENT...
I will email wholesale clients a PayPal invoice as orders are received for the cost of tag(s) plus the appropriate drop shipping fee.
You will always receive an email from me confirming your order - if you DO NOT receive an email within 24 to 48 hours, please contact me as I may not have received your information.
Current Drop Shipping Fees (as of May 1st, 2008)...
1 to 3 tags: $1.85
4 to 6 tags: $3.00
7 or more tags: Shipping will be calculated and invoice accordingly.

FAQ's for wholesale clients...
1. What exactly is drop shipping and how does it work?
Drop shipping is the process in which you list my products on your website (or in your B&M shop). As you receive orders from your customers, the orders are passed onto me. I then make the personalized tag(s) and ship them directly to your customer. You will be billed via PayPal invoice the wholesale cost for tags ordered plus a drop shipping fee payable within 3 business days.
2. Is there a minumum purchase required?
For personalized tags no, you order only the tags your customers purchase. No minimums. For writable tags, there is a minimum purchase of 10 sets.
3. How long will it take for you to drop ship orders to my customers?
For average size orders (1 to 10 tags) allow 3 to 7 days plus an additional 3 to 5 days shipping time.
If you're ordering in bulk - more than 25 tags - it's best to contact me to discuss completion time.
4. What if a mistake is made on one of my customer's tags?
If an error is made and it's my fault, the item(s) will be promptly replaced and shipped to the customer at no charge.
If an error is made due to incorrect information being provided to me, the item will be replaced but the retailer will be charged for the wholesale cost to replace the item(s) plus the appropriate drop shipping fee. The original price of the tag and shipping will not be refunded.
5. What if one of my customers is unhappy with their tag(s) and wants to return it?
Due to the personalized nature of my items, I do not accept returns or grant refunds unless the item is defective in some way or an error has been made on my part.
6. You charge a "drop shipping fee" - what exactly is that and why do charge it?
What I refer to as a drop shipping fee simply covers the postage to mail items to your customers. Drop shipping cost should be passed onto your customers in the form of shipping charges.
7. What if damage is incurred to an item during shipping?
Fortunately, it is very rare that something arrives damaged so I have no formal policy on this. I make every attempt to package tags as carefully as possible to insure their safe arrival. If something is damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible and we'll work something out.

Terms for Wholesale....
- A Resale or Tax ID Number is required from retailers.
- Imagine That Art Studio maintains copyright on all designs. Artwork and/or tag designs cannot be reproduced or copied by the retailer in any way.
- Retailers are charged the wholesale price for each tag sold plus a drop shipping fee (to cover postage).
- Payment is expected from the retailer via PayPal within 3 business days of placing orders. Net-30 terms are not accepted unless prior arrangements are made.
- Only authorized dealers are allowed to sell Imagine That Art Studio's products on their websites. All websites must be approved before products may be displayed.
- Tags are imprinted with a copyright. However, tags are not imprinted with a website and retailers are not obligated to link to this site.
Exclusive Line Tags: I am no longer offering exclusive lines of bag tags to new retailers.
I will, of course, continue to service existing retailers carrying their own exclusive lines of tags. Imagine That Art Studio maintains copyright on ALL tag designs - including exclusive line bag tags. Designs may NOT be reproduced under any circumstances. Exclusive line tags only remain exclusive to the retailer for as long as they continue to carry them.
